The Disney Wonder has arrived!
As promised Disney has “shipped” the Disney Wonder to the Port of Los Angeles for West Coast service. Although this is not Disneyland specific news, it creates a significant impact on the offerings of the Disneyland Resort and it increases options to the Disney fans in Southern California. And more good news, the arrival of the vessel is expected to create 1,600 jobs! (sourced: KNX 1070am) We are very excited to have the Wonder here in San Pedro.
An excerpt from the Disney Park Blog stated:
The ship will sail seven-night Mexican Riviera cruises from the Port of Los Angeles to Cabo San Lucas and Puerto Vallarta from now through April 17. It will then reposition to Vancouver and sail to Alaska from May 3-September 6 cruising to Tracy Arm, Skagway and Juneau, and Ketchikan.
