Disneyland Resort Photo Report for March 26, 2012.
Welcome Back to the Disneyland Resort
This past weekend was a very wet one at the Disneyland Resort. I headed out to the parks on Sunday, with my umbrella in one hand and my camera in the other. The rain made for very light crowds, which is always a plus. But at times the rain came down in sheets and sent guests running for cover, as you’ll see in a video a bit later.
A Disney Imagineer is receiving the highest honor at Disneyland, we check in on the refurbishments and the massive construction at Disney California Adventure. Hollywood Land is transforming, and getting psychedelic and Mickey has a Cavalcade.

Some great vintage Walt Disney photo’s are now for sale in Disneyana. There is about 6 different ones which portray Walt through the years. They come complete with matting and a plaque with Walt’s autograph. They sell for $19 each.

Sunday was a very rainy day at the Disneyland Resort. The Orange County area saw nearly an inch of rain and as a result most of the major outdoor shows were canceled. But fear not…Mickey’s Rainy Day Cavalcade came to the rescue!

Mickey’s Rainy Day Cavalcade basically consists of the characters from Mickey’s Soundsational Parade in the Main Street vehicles.

In fact, some downpours were so intense that I had to run for cover!
