Welcome Back to the Disneyland Resort
Disneyland dropped a bombshell late Friday afternoon when they announced a significant increase in Disneyland admission prices. Hardest hit were the annual passports, especially the Premium which saw a 30% increase of an additional $150! On a brighter side, the new Brave Meet ‘n Greet opened this past week. Located near “it’s a small world”, guests now have the opportunity to meet with Merida, her three cubs, practice archery and play a few games. We take a look at the Disney California Adventure construction progress and give you a tour of the signs of Buena Vista Street. The Mad T Party installation is nearly complete and the Monorails have new looks, and personalities!

Brave, Merida Meet and Greet
Disneyland’s latest ‘Meet and Greet’ opened this past week near “it’s a small world”. Guests now have the opportunity to meet Merida, the main character for Disney / Pixar’s next release, Brave. After meeting Merdia and her three cubs, guests have the opportunity to practice archery or spin on the “Wheel of Destiny”. There is also a bean bag toss and coloring area for the little ones.

The three cubs are audio animatronic and seem to interact with Merida, playing peak-a-boo.

Guests can practice their archery skills after meting with Merida.

Spin the ‘Wheel of Destiny’.
