Earlier this summer, the Mad T Party debuted at Disney California Adventure park.
The third generation of night-time dance parties, the Mad T Party takes influence from Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland. Each night this summer, guests can find themselves ‘falling down’ the rabbit hole and landing in a world of music, dance and curious performances.
With the Mad T Party being the third, and so far the largest night-time dance party, Disney put a lot of work and thought into the costumes for the performers, including the Mad T Party Band, the White Rabbit DJ and the Tweedledee and Tweedledum characters. Disney recently released a video interview with Disneyland Costumer Paulette Uris, who takes us behind the scenes and into the development of the costumes for the Mad T Party.
